I thought I'd grace you all with my presence again now that I have handed in my coursework. However today seems to be a slow day for CS news. So here's a round up of CS bits n bobs to amuse you.Firstly CS Toons has been updated. There are two new flash cartoons up entitled War In Iraq and CS Hostage Rescue. Seem to be funny cartoons but half way through they stop for me. So I can't really give a proper opinion. If anyone else has this problem let me know please.
Next up is Heart of An AWPer (Although technically it's AWMer no?). Now the 15th installment, the group are on a mission to raid a Kuwaiti oil pipeline under night fall.
Both terrorists swung around, scanning their surrounds wildly, seeking any movement. But there was nothing, hardly even a breeze. The last sounds of the scream faded away and left the night air utterly still.Read the full story here.An untrained ear might not have heard the soft sound of a silenced rifle, but training with sniper weaponry had accustomed the recruit to the sounds of most common rifles. He rolled to the earth just as his comrades’ chest exploded, dropping the young terrorist to the group with a soft, wet noise.
