	:F 12:34 2/10/2002	dNC didnt play that well neither did us, they seem ill prepared only knowing that they had an bwcsl match 30mins b4 and turned up 30 mins late (like last time we pld them) and but managed to get a team together in the last min. there team that pld wasnt v strong (most prob mercs) and neither was ours and hasnt been for a long while due to our plrs lack of interest in cs atm. but dNC did some 1337 rushes as t's and that was the only thing that impressed us, end of the day they won WP & GL to dNC ps - get an ORGA dNC :) [ Comment: Report \| IP: Logged ]

	a1ex^ 13:32 2/10/2002	dnc have never been and will never be a powerhouse in europe, they rely on personal skill rather than teamplay and whenever they play against an organised team they get beaten. its a simple fact and ive said it before dnc are immature and too young to be a successful clan. it is just frustrating to both play and watch a talented side fu<k up time and time again. the recent editions of muzzle and gideon really goes to show how desperate dnc are, both players were good in their day but that has long since past, wheather they can regain their old form is unlikely but hopefully they will. there is no structure in the clan, u need a strict timetable for PCW's 2 per night 5 days a week with practice partners, these need to be pre-arranged not the mirc msg "5v5 now, pm have server" nonsense. the so called manager/WA phb doenst have the time nor the desire to arrange wars. there is also a major lack of motivation mainly brought on by the fact that the sponsor dNC has let the team down time and time again with their promises to attend CPL's and WGC's. it is too expensive to send a team out when there is only a small chance the team will do well. 	.dNC.Sev 13:57 2/10/2002	We very rarely have a proper team for bwcsl, it kinda goes unnoticed and we end up very unprepared for it and have to drag in inactive players. I remember one game now last season, cant remember who it was against where we played most of the game with 4 players, we were about to lose the game until we got Clown, at that stage only a trialee to join up and win the last 2 or so rounds with 5. Negoiator is a fab player and ONE are stupid not to have him in there starting 5, or 6. As for what alex said, you've never been so right. I-eS are the only team in the UK that have the teamplay needed to be good. But Fruitcake is also correct, saying that if u dont win online, dNC wont go very far, cos ur not allowed in UK WCG cos u aint part of the UK, and your not allowed to play other big events (like GDOC). 	.dNC.Sev 15:32 2/10/2002	You should have prepared for the qualifiers then ONE, you might have won it, seeing that we did 10-13 and 11-13 against I-eS there on two dismal maps. As far as im concerned thats "coming close", I dont know what Rhyzz's definition of close is however. Perhaps if we had known the maplist beforehand like other clan(s) there we would have won, we would have put more time into train/nuke than fire and mill. Anyway, I know that ONE are a very good clan, weve played them online before a couple of times, I think they beat us once, not sure tho. CS is a very strange game, nevermind what people say about preparation, practice etc. as everyone knows anything can happen on the day. Sometimes everything just clicks and a merc team can destroy an established clan without any tactics. Other times you can put all the preparation into a game, and lose it. A map is only 40 minutes long and if the start goes downhill its very difficult to pick up the pace. There is a point where teams become so good that the outcome of a game is purely based on confidence and nerves, the abilty to keep the head under pressure. No matter how much preparation you put into something it can all go wrong on the day. As Ive said so many times before, CS is like golf, its 90% mental and the rest is all in your head. Then there is of course the luck factor, but thats debatable Anyway GL ONE in the opencup, risk are a good team you should do very well. Were hoping to our best in the Eurocup too. We have a very solid group, but we have played and equalled and/or raped many of the teams in our group in pcw on occasion. But of course its a different story performing under pressure especially on our shoddy connections. Any of you judging us purely on our bwcsl results probably have never played us in pcw. 	a1ex^ 13:32 2/10/2002	dnc have never been and will never be a powerhouse in europe, they rely on personal skill rather than teamplay and whenever they play against an organised team they get beaten. its a simple fact and ive said it before dnc are immature and too young to be a successful clan. it is just frustrating to both play and watch a talented side fu<k up time and time again. the recent editions of muzzle and gideon really goes to show how desperate dnc are, both players were good in their day but that has long since past, wheather they can regain their old form is unlikely but hopefully they will. there is no structure in the clan, u need a strict timetable for PCW's 2 per night 5 days a week with practice partners, these need to be pre-arranged not the mirc msg "5v5 now, pm have server" nonsense. the so called manager/WA phb doenst have the time nor the desire to arrange wars. there is also a major lack of motivation mainly brought on by the fact that the sponsor dNC has let the team down time and time again with their promises to attend CPL's and WGC's. it is too expensive to send a team out when there is only a small chance the team will do well. I remember one game now last season, cant remember who it was against where we played most of the game with 4 players, we were about to lose the game until we got Clown, at that stage only a trialee to join up and win the last 2 or so rounds with 5. Negoiator is a fab player and ONE are stupid not to have him in there starting 5, or 6. As for what alex said, you've never been so right. I-eS are the only team in the UK that have the teamplay needed to be good. But Fruitcake is also correct, saying that if u dont win online, dNC wont go very far, cos ur not allowed in UK WCG cos u aint part of the UK, and your not allowed to play other big events (like GDOC). 	.dNC.Sev 15:32 2/10/2002	You should have prepared for the qualifiers then ONE, you might have won it, seeing that we did 10-13 and 11-13 against I-eS there on two dismal maps. As far as im concerned thats "coming close", I dont know what Rhyzz's definition of close is however. Perhaps if we had known the maplist beforehand like other clan(s) there we would have won, we would have put more time into train/nuke than fire and mill. Anyway, I know that ONE are a very good clan, weve played them online before a couple of times, I think they beat us once, not sure tho. CS is a very strange game, nevermind what people say about preparation, practice etc. as everyone knows anything can happen on the day. Sometimes everything just clicks and a merc team can destroy an established clan without any tactics. Other times you can put all the preparation into a game, and lose it. A map is only 40 minutes long and if the start goes downhill its very difficult to pick up the pace. There is a point where teams become so good that the outcome of a game is purely based on confidence and nerves, the abilty to keep the head under pressure. No matter how much preparation you put into something it can all go wrong on the day. As Ive said so many times before, CS is like golf, its 90% mental and the rest is all in your head. Then there is of course the luck factor, but thats debatable Anyway GL ONE in the opencup, risk are a good team you should do very well. Were hoping to our best in the Eurocup too. We have a very solid group, but we have played and equalled and/or raped many of the teams in our group in pcw on occasion. But of course its a different story performing under pressure especially on our shoddy connections. Any of you judging us purely on our bwcsl results probably have never played us in pcw.
