Yesterday, the last day of the World Cyber Games 2002 Russia preliminaries was played out. CyberFight reported these final standings for the Counter-Strike 5v5 tournament:
M19 - (13.000 $ + a trip to Korea)
Arctica*Queen - (7.800 $)
c58 - (5.200 $)

I know the m19 guys from korea last time, and they're all nice guys. $13.000 is very nice for a qualifier competition. M19 have the best team work out of any team i've ever watched, they put scandis to shame. Simply cause i think they have their pc's kept in a byoc huge lan place, and always play from there. What sux is lexer, having just won quakecon, got knocked out of the q3 very early. If the guy that spanked the americans cant get anywhere in this russian competition, we can expect a russian victory in q3 in wcg.
