Another great night of competition in the Barrysworld Counter-Strike League, here are tonights division 1 results:Another solid performance from 6K keeps them joint top, while SA were again unlucky not to take the win, after a quality performance against dNC. SO19 earned an impressive win over erm:cs to keep them in contention, and after a week 1 loss to FCC, ONE bounced back well.

if you load of tfc/sven/fa/any other s*** hl mod(exc cs) and go to console and connect to cs through that console you will get some sort of attribute from that game to cs.. i noticed that the recoil thourgh tfc/sven are different, fa has some nice colt explosion color.. and to get super bright walls without configging or using a program simply go to cs console... type "map a1a0" (im not sure if thats correct but its the name of the hl intro.. anyway.. when you get into the intro type "brightness 99999999" in console. reload map, then connect to a cs server.
I've been told by some people(fcc) that it doesnt work, so they said they'd stick with their configs and OGC. [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]

Anyway, with any luck, this should be the last season where we have to use dust. In the past, I've shied away from custom maps for organisational reasons, but this season, we're going to experiment with using de_clan2_fire instead of piranesi for division 1 (they should have had a mail from me about this). SA is one of the oldest clans still around in the UK and we have a lot of experience behind us. We worked hard praccying dust with SO19 and it nearly paid off. In the end dNC pulled off a win by a short margin. They were not afk or any of the other rediculous ideas that have been put forward. Now please give us the credit we deserve and not slagging us off.

had the match been on a cpl map the scoreline would be quiet different.
another possible reason is that you dragged them down to your level, which can sometimes happen.

Score was also 14-10 btw.

And to annum, wtf have u ever achieved in cs except being the most hated man in your home community due to your f***ing depressingly offensive attitude towards everything and everybody. I am a realist and know for a fact that as a unit dnc are out of SA's league.
And hence when I saw the map schedule and saw we had dnc on dust I was a very relieved man. Simply because the fact is it was never likely to be high on dnc's map practice list. And even though people are congratulating us that we did so well DNC beat us fair and square.
SA in its current form are unproven on LAN. So tbh the guy who said we were s*** on it is entirely right. But end of the day we will get better. [ Comment: Report | IP: Logged ]
