BOC Bot 2.0 Test Version F

For those of you with slow connections, bots may be the best way to practice. Don't ask me why they named it test version F but this latest release is supposed to be the greatest. The bot supports the four major HL-Mods; DOD, FA, FLF and most importantly CS 1.5. I have not tested this bot myself yet, so if anyone does, please leave your thoughts in the comments.
