Over at Voodoo Extreme they have posted a review of the latest release of Counter Strike. Heres a snippet:Damage is location based, meaning a shot to the head will kill you faster than someone shooting your toes, and far more realistic than the Quake’s of this world. One shot may not kill you outright, but two or three and your going to be a corpse. With this in mind many of the tactics usually associated with FPS games are now obsolete. Rushing and circle strafing an opponent at close range will result in your getting nailed by a sniper or his team-mate. Rushing will get you killed by the guy behind the box (there’s always one) and rocket jumping is impossible because there aren’t any rockets.
