Review of Counter-Map's 2nd Map Pack

Posted by Fluke at 16:24 20/7/2002.

Counter-Map's second map-pack has been reviewed by Narby (creator of de_aztec and de_inferno) over on CS-Nation. The pack overall received a score of 8/10, so maybe it's worth a look:
"This is a really great package, lots of high quality maps and a wide variety of scenarios and map sizes. It's really cool to find a map pack that is this good. Out of the two map packs born from Counter-Map, this one is easily the best.

A lot of the maps included in this pack will work well on either a LAN or internet server. The variety of sizes and complexity suit both types of servers and there is a sufficient selection to cater to most people's taste in maps. One thing pleased me about this pack was installer. All the maps and textures were extracted correctly. Not terribly relevant to the maps, but it added a lot of brownie points."
