VAC causing False Detections

There seems to be an issue with VALVe's latest VAC update, where players are reporting that it's falsely claiming them to have cheats. There seems to be nothing specific causing these problems but they may be isolated to certain video cards and drivers. Players with Voodoo cards in particular, who are experiancing problems while using OpenGL can try switching to 3dfx Mini-Driver mode. It should solve any difficulties with the security module, until a solution is found.

In light of these issues, United Admins are encouraging players to post information in their forum comments:

"UA members are encouraged to gather information from falsely detected players in order to assist VALVe in fixing the issues quickly. What's needed is server IP, port, and OS. Also, report player OS, video card, video mode, driver details, and whether they were playing via Steam."
