CS-Classic 2

After the reasonable success of the original CS-Classic, beta 2 has been announced. Here are the changes...

Elites removed

Five Seven removed

UMP removed

Changed MP5 model/skin to standard

Changed Glock model/skin to standard

Knife slash sound from cs beta 5.2 added

Added maps, as_forest, cs_arabstreets, cs_assault (old version)
cs_desert, cs_station, cs_wpndepot, de_fang plus more

Slightly different version of cs_siege. The tower at the CT start is now accessible
