I have been informed that the CPL turned five years old today. The CPL first launched on Thursday June 26 1997. Since then it has gone from strength to strength making it the world's leading professional computer gamers league.Also with it's recent major sponsorship with Intel and separate companies, the future looks bright and better than ever for The CPL.
