Nocturne, one of UK's leading Counter Strike clans have secured a 12 month sponsorship contact from Choosehosting.com. Here is an extract from their press release:Paul Meakin, the team’s commercial manager, commented; “The support from such a quality server provider as Choosehosting has only cemented Nocturnes place in semi pro online gaming. The Choosehosting support will offer Nocturne confidence when playing top UK teams in tournaments and practice matches.Also, Raider joins the team to boost the squad just in time to get ready for the CPL. Here is what Messiah had to say:
After the recent departures of 3 players it was pretty obvious we'd be getting some new blood. And we feel we've made the perfect choice. So far in practice games Raider has fitted in perfectly and brings something new to the team in the form of some mad awp skills.

Was the reason we had to get rid of choosehosting, can hardly rival our own sponsors.

Sorry guys but half the news stories these days are the latest propaganda wars from what boils down to about 5 people having a repetitive tantrum.
One moment its Marc screaming "Get a proper server, get an infinity-eServer" like a party political spin doctor on a mission before an election ( and putting it also in every channel topic he has ops in, even the team-uk private channel which consists 0 potential buyers ! )
Now its Nocturne providing the latest in a series of valid announcements [ok, fair enough], but then UkT quites from their Manager, and a Player, which put a ridiculously exagerated spin on it. It would have been nice of UkT [perhaps in the future guys?] to also print a quote from the "opposition" (I-eS in this case) to put things in perspective.
Cmon guys make this site less of a clan-ad space !

It was obvious that noc would try and get a free choosehosting server when it became avilable, because they are good servers, we liked them, but couldnt keep with them simply cause our own business competed with choosehosting.
Elem, Marc's comment at the bottom of the server thing in his post on this thread was just a joke at the official comment.
