TheCPL website reports that a one-page guide providing some information on what is going to be happening at the Summer Championships, has been posted on Adrenaline Vault. Here's a sample (the information is presented in the form of punctual Q&As):

What response has this event received from the gaming community?

About three thousand people have already registered for the event and we expect another 600. This represents the largest registration ever for the CPL. The previous record was held by the CPL World Championship Event (winter 2001) with 1,700 registrants and 1,400 attendees.
