Over on XSReality.com, spork has written up the third and final part to his 'CS Newbie Training' guide.

"Another thing is that when you are hit by bullets, they slow down your movement. Exactly how much they slow you down depends on the weapon. I’m fairly certain that damage is not a factor (so that one AK bullet slows the same as one USP bullet). The difference is merely how fast the bullets are hitting you (so the P90, having the highest rate of fire, has the best potential stun). Some say the glock has some “stun bonus” or something that makes it stun more, but this is untrue."
