Update on Valve's speed-cheat fix

We can expect an official fix to this cheat soon now, this is the word from Valve at the momment:

We're getting some reports of legitimate clients being dropped by the beta server. We're working on a fix and should have something soon. In the meantime, don't add these people to your ban lists unless you've witnessed them cheating. You don't want to be banning your legitimate players.
