QuakeNet introduces new bot: S

Today the admins of QuakeNet have added a new sysbot. Along with Q and O, S will monitor some of the largest channels such as #NiP, #mTw and #sk.

Here is a short statement by Velvet:

It monitors everything users are saying over all the channels S is in, other than ops and voices who are allowed to spam in their own channel! Each line of text that is spoken is parsed by the bot for certain words and phrases as well as checks for repeating and flooding. Every user is given a spam score based on the amount of spam they've typed (this lowers over time) and should it reach a certain level they get killed from the network.
