It's what all the skin geeks in the community have been crying out for; a utility which will allow them to manage and swap their skins around with ease. The 3mb download can be found on this page, along with an image displaying the program. Take note; you will only be able to download the utility from that location for the next two days - after then you will have to search other servers for it.
