CPL Partners With Gamesnet

Here's the official explanation from The CPL website:

The Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) announced today that it has entered into a partnership with the Gamesnet IRC network (www.gamesnet.com). Founded in 1996, Gamesnet is the first ever IRC network devoted solely to computer gaming. The IRC services at Gamesnet will bring the CPL closer to the vast Counter-Strike online community, and should attract more online spectators for the upcoming Counter-Strike tournaments.

Well, to connect to the new channel, connect to the IRC server irc.gamesnet.net and then join the channel #cpl.
