PunkBuster Production Ceased

Several sites have picked up on a news post made by the PunkBuster Team:
To avoid any confusion, the improvements described in these information pages do NOT apply to the suspended Half-Life edition of PunkBuster. At this point, we do not expect that development for the Half-Life edition of PunkBuster will ever be resumed. The described changes to the PunkBuster system will be available as PunkBuster is released for other games in the coming weeks and months.
Well, there you have it.
