A few guys decided they wanted to collect some email adresses of cheaters. So they set up the Lantern project. The idea of it was to make a fake aimbot, create a thread on a forum, and saying "if you want it, then email!". So, many people sent them emails, and they got the attached fake aimbot, not knowing their email adress was about to be copied into a txt file :)Future:
The aimbot site remains and we still get emails from people who want the LANTERN Aimbot.
- currently were thinking about making more FAKE cheats - maybe a new aimbot thats filled with .dll's and that uses a lot of resources.
Disclaimer:
The Lantern aimbot HAS no virus or trojan attache (but to keep the cheaters thinking that wont harm *ggg*) Furthermore it hasnt any regscanners and it doesnt destroy HL, CS or anything else on the pc. infact its harmless. - Its simply doesnt work :-)
- imagine how much of a headache the cheaters must have gotten to try to get the thing to work *GGG*
If YOU want. i would be glad to send you the complete list of cheaters who have asked for the LANTERN aimbot (which include a good number of German email adresses .de )
