The Death Of 0gc Hack?

The Second Coming) have released the latest version of their program. This new release (v2.4) is basically a server side program that stops the 0gc auto aim cheat. There are a lot of settings on this program that will change the core of CS, however it can be disabled if need be.
Here is a short list of what's new in V2.4:
fixed OGC crash bug
fixed logging bug
added support of cheatlib.tsc to act as a cheat database
added many popular cheats to detection system
added tsc_wallgibs cvar to toggle unclipped blood
minor tweaking of shove system
fixed de_torn issues
fixed hostage death bug
reprogrammed aimbot detection algorithm
