Won Auth Port Blocked?

It seems that many people are being denied their daily fix of CS. Either by an ISP or a system administrator. You can clear the blocked won authorising ports by using a tool called TCPRelay. This tool with the help of a friend will allow you to unblock the port. The file contains some instructions to help you along your way.
