Planet HL have named CS V1.3 as the Mod of the Week over on their site:"The most stunning new feature in Counter-Strike 1.3 is not the new levels or the retouched player models, but the voice communication feature Valve has installed. The software works without a hitch, creating no noticeable slowdown and allowing for a much more strategic gameplay. Occasionally, you will run into a couple immaturellamas who will try their best Darth Vader impression, but the mute function, I am pleased to say, works very well also."
