Edward Watson (The Playing Fields - our affiliates) sends word of some info regarding the UK qualifying for the CPL World Championships, I'll let him explain:"The Playing Fields (www.theplayingfields.co.uk) have just announced that the UK qualifiers for the CPL World Championships will take place on the 4th and 11th of November 2001. It will comprise up to 8 prequalifiers at LAN centres around the UK, followed by a grand final at The Playing Fields London. In addition to the customary cash prizes, the winning clan will be flown out to take part in the World Championships in Dallas in December. The Playing Fields is currently asking for interested UK LAN centres to get in touch."
Should be very interesting to see who takes part and who will eventually make it.
