Why does ESL care what comments are made, the only people they should worry about are the players /organisations of the teams that played. everyone elses opinions are exactly that, opinions, and why you've felt the need to comment on the 'uk scene' is beyond me; you've made your decision, there was no need to justify it or comment about anything outside of it. No one 'jumped on the bandwagon' as far as I can tell, and if they did - like i say, why should it bother you? There is no professional UK scene, apart from to those people who wish there was one. In my eyes professional CS has no more of a future than womens football : played by some, watched by fewer, with no possible way of bringing it to the masses due to its very nature. How can you possibly 'work on the level of the UK Scene and build it up from what it currently is' when there is nothing there in the first place...? Anyway back to my original point - this post is merely a dig at UKT rather than having any substantial weight, it should really be deleted but hey, like you say, some people might find it fun. Lastchance lost to synergy i believe in CSGN which at the time was also a shock and everyone watched the HLTV demos of that one and conceeded that snergy played fair and just played well where as in this case its was plain to see imho that these guys were hiding alot more than their demos. That way, no one will risk cheating, or even if they do they wont be able to make a detrimental effect by doing obvious things. "Oh but i cant record a demo because of fps drops" - bs, no demo, you dont play. "Damn, my demo didnt record" - tough, if 99% of people can get demo recording right, you can too. Why CSGN,ESL,CSCL et al yada yada dont enforce this i dont know, a demo of one half of an MR15 game when winRAR'd isnt big. That way i belive we'd get a fairer (to an extent) game. That way, no one will risk cheating, or even if they do they wont be able to make a detrimental effect by doing obvious things. "Oh but i cant record a demo because of fps drops" - bs, no demo, you dont play. "Damn, my demo didnt record" - tough, if 99% of people can get demo recording right, you can too. Why CSGN,ESL,CSCL et al yada yada dont enforce this i dont know, a demo of one half of an MR15 game when winRAR'd isnt big. That way i belive we'd get a fairer (to an extent) game.
